Accredus, a Kansas City based national BPO services company, is seeking an experienced and senior level sales leader to build and lead Accredus’ Mortgage & Financial Services national sales team. As the SVP of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing Accredus’ sales and Go-to-Market strategy focused on selling outsourced mortgage processing and operational support services.  The ideal candidate credentials include:

  • Minimum of 5 years of documented experience selling outsourced mortgage processing services to banks and mortgage processing companies.
  • Minimum of 10 years selling cross-industry BPO services delivered near and offshore.
  • Minimum of 8 years in progressive sales leadership from individual contributor to current tem leadership position.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the positioning of advanced operational technologies including digital labor and AI.
  • Additionally, knowledge and experience in automated solutions for mortgage processing and servicing
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of mortgage operations and regulatory guidelines
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workflow process optimization, with specific focus on the end-to-end mortgage process from origination to loan servicing.
